These terms govern the use of the startupSMS DLT infrastructure. By establishing an SMPP bind or using our REST API, you agree to our industrial-standard compliance protocols.
By accessing or using startupSMS, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent to these terms. Our service is provided exclusively for professional B2B messaging and requires valid business verification.
Users are strictly required to comply with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) guidelines. You must provide a valid PEID (Principal Entity ID) and registered Template IDs for all traffic. startupSMS reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail DLT scrubbing consistently.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits or perform load tests without prior written consent. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the SMPP gateway or exploit REST endpoints will result in immediate termination of service and IP blacklisting.
startupSMS operates on a pre-paid credit model. Credits purchased are non-refundable and valid for 12 months unless specified otherwise in your service order. Failed submissions due to incorrect DLT parameters are still billable as they consume carrier resources.
Transmission of adult content, gambling, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized marketing is strictly prohibited. startupSMS employs real-time AI filtering; detection of prohibited content will lead to an permanent upstream block and forfeiture of remaining credits.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core API and SMPP binds. Scheduled maintenance on Microsoft Azure nodes is communicated 48 hours in advance. This SLA does not cover delivery failures caused by destination carrier downtime or DLT registry latency.
